Florida Urology Partners' Welcomes Aamir Hussain, M.D., to the Cancer Institute

Florida Urology Partners is proud to announce that Aamir Hussain, M.D., a board-certified Radiation Oncologist, specializing in genitourinary and prostate cancer care will be joining our Cancer Institute.

Dr. Hussain completed his Radiation Oncology residency at UCLA, where he served as Chief Resident, and earned his medical degree and internship training from the Mayo Clinic. He brings extensive expertise in SBRT, IGRT, IMRT, and SRS, and previously led stereotactic radiosurgery and body radiotherapy programs at an academic cancer center.

Dr. Hussain is known for combining cutting-edge radiation technologies with highly personalized, patient-centered care—perfectly aligning with our mission to deliver world-class outcomes.

Before joining Florida Urology Partners, Dr. Hussain served as Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, where he contributed to both clinical practice and physician education. During his time in academic medicine, he also led stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic body radiation therapy programs at an academic cancer center, helping expand access to highly specialized treatment options.

In recognition of his expertise, Dr. Hussain has also been invited internationally to share his knowledge and experience. He has served as a Visiting Professor at Weill Cornell Medical College–Qatar and the National Center for Cancer Care & Research in Doha, where he lectured and provided physician training on advanced stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic body radiation therapy techniques.

At Florida Urology Partners Cancer Institute, Dr. Hussain will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive cancer care. His clinical philosophy centers on combining advanced radiation technologies with highly personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s diagnosis and goals.
