
Dr. Geisenhoff is an accomplished urologist with a background covering a wide breadth of urologic conditions. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, IL, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Dr. Geisenoff then went on to complete his urology residency at William Beaumont University Hospital in Royal Oak, MI, where he gained extensive experience in both surgical and non-surgical management of urologic conditions. Throughout his training, Dr. Geisenhoff developed a strong interest in robotic surgery, reconstructive urology, urological oncology and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
With a passion for research, Dr. Geisenhoff has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national conferences, covering topics such as improving quality in bladder cancer surgery, urologist-performed nerve blocks for pain, and novel approaches to urethral stricture management. He is an active member of the American Urologic Association and the American Medical Association.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr.Geisenhoff is committed to medical education and mentorship. He has served as a peer tutor, anatomy instructor, and research mentor for medical students and residents. His leadership extends to quality improvement initiatives, including developing nursing education programs to enhance patient care.
Outside of medicine, he is passionate about community service, having volunteered with organizations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation and various health outreach programs.
